एक श्वाश में अथदस बार,जन्म्यो मरयो,सहयो दुःख भार
निकसि भूमि जल पावक भयो,पवन प्रत्येक वनस्पति थयो

शब्दार्थ
१.श्वाश -एक सांस में
२.अथदस-१८ बार
३.जन्म्यो-जन्मा
४.मरयो-मरा
५.निकसि-वहां से निकलकर,या उचट कर.
६.भूमि-भूमि कायिक जीव
७.जल-जल्कायिक जीव
८.पावक-अग्नि कायिक जीव

११.प्रत्येक वनस्पति-वनस्पति कायिक जीव का एक प्रकार.

भावार्थ  कवि कहते है की निगोद, जो की नर्क से भी बदतर गत है, में इस जीव ने एक श्वास मात्र जीतने समय मे १८ बार जनम मरण करके बहुत भयनकर दुख सहन किये हैं! इन दुखो का बोझ सहतें हुए वह बड़ी कठिनाईयो से निकाला हैं और पृथ्वी, जल, अगनि वायु और प्रतेयक वानस्पतिकायी जीव के रूप मॅ उत्तपन हुआ हैं!

Word Meaning: Ek Saans ;Mein in one pulse, Atth-Das Baar eighteen times, Janntau Marau took birth and died, SharauDukhbhaar suffered the pain, Nikasi come out-from nigod-, Bhoomi earth body, Jal water body, Paawak fire body, Bhayau born, Pawan air body, Pratvek Vanaspati Thayau born as an individual plant body life. 

Translation; In the state of the lowest form of life – NIGOD, the suffering of the soul is even worst than in a hell. Inane breathing, he was born and reborn up to eighteen times. The soul went through the cycle of birth and death eighteen times. When the soul got the opportunity to come out of this, he was born into an earth body, water body, fire body, air body and then as an individual plant body. All these migrations were in one sensed life.
